Shipping Method

Shelliva currently offers Standard Shipping only.

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over USD $49

  • Orders below USD $49 will be charged a shipping fee, calculated at checkout based on destination

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days

  • Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only:

  • Standard Shipping: approximately 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays, or local regulations.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees, which are determined by the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee

  • All customs-related fees are the responsibility of the customer

  • Shelliva is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

Shelliva is not responsible for:

  • Delayed, returned, or lost packages due to incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or invalid addresses

  • No refunds or replacements will be issued in these cases

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, reshipping fees may apply.


Shipment Status & Delays

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, modified, or intercepted.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with neighbors or building management

  • Contact the local carrier directly
