Return Policy
At Shelliva, we want you to shop with confidence. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

All original tags, certificates, and packaging must be intact

A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact our customer support team at support@shelliva.com to obtain a Return Authorization Form.
⚠️ Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Items sent back without prior approval will be refused and returned to the sender.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions and the return address.
Return Fees & Costs
Please note the following terms carefully:

Non-quality-related returns require the customer to:

Cover the return shipping cost

Pay a 20% operational fee, calculated based on the original order amount

Return shipping fees are non-refundable

Customs duties, clearance fees, or import taxes incurred during the return process must be paid by the customer

Only one return is allowed per order
All approved returns will have the 20% operational fee deducted before the refund is issued.
Exchanges
For exchanges involving product or size changes, any price difference will be recalculated.
If the new item costs more, the customer must pay the difference.
If it costs less, the difference will be refunded after applicable fees.
Shipping Restrictions

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be returned while in transit

Returns are only accepted after the package has been delivered
Shelliva is not responsible for:

Failed, delayed, returned, or lost shipments due to incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or invalid shipping addresses

No refunds or replacements will be issued in such cases
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Custom-made, engraved, personalized, or made-to-order products

Sale items and gift cards
Custom and personalized items are produced specifically to customer specifications and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has begun.
Damages & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at support@shelliva.com as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
Returned items must still meet all eligibility conditions outlined above.
Operational fees, shipping costs, and customs-related charges may still apply where permitted by law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
